Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Project Manager vacancy based in the Aberdeen area. Our client, a well-established and highly regarded residential developer, is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role delivering high-quality housing developments across Aberdeen and the surrounding region, offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative and progressive environment where innovation, quality and customer satisfaction are central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones and targets are achieved
  • Monitor site progress, quality standards and compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and reporting in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies at all times
  • Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions to maintain programme and quality standards
