The Opportunity
Based in Frankfurt, you will join an experienced commercial team delivering major power infrastructure and data centre projects across Germany. Working alongside senior commercial professionals, project teams and clients, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing your commercial, contractual and technical knowledge within a highly specialised market. Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of major substation and power infrastructure projects.
- Assist with subcontract administration, valuations and variations.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports and commercial documentation.
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor engagement.
- Assist with change management and contractual administration.
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with project delivery teams to support successful project outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial procedures and contractual obligations.
About You
We're keen to speak with motivated Quantity Surveyors looking to develop their careers within a growing and highly successful business. You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience working for a contractor, specialist subcontractor, engineering company or consultancy.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.

While previous data centre experience is not essential, experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous:

Location & Language Requirements
A strong preference exists for candidates who are already based in Germany. German nationals are encouraged to apply, however candidates from elsewhere in Europe will also be considered.
