Country Quality Lead – Germany Frankfurt | Leading International Contractor | European Data Centre Sector | €140–170k + Package We are currently recruiting for a Country Quality Lead to take overall responsibility for quality across Germany for a leading international contractor operating at the forefront of the European data centre sector. The role will be predominantly based in Frankfurt, with responsibility for quality across the wider German operation and multiple major data centre projects. This is a newly created senior leadership position driven by exceptional growth and success in the German market, with the business on track to achieve projected annual turnover of approximately **€500m**. With three major projects already live in Germany and a fourth due to commence before the end of 2026, this is an opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its expansion. The Role Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director and Group Quality Director, the Country Quality Lead will take strategic ownership of quality across the German business. You'll provide leadership across multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality standards, processes and performance while developing and leading the country's quality function. Key responsibilities will include: * Take overall responsibility for quality across the German business. * Provide strategic quality leadership across multiple live and upcoming data centre projects. * Lead, develop and mentor the country's Quality team. * Ensure consistent implementation of quality policies, procedures and standards across all projects. * Work closely with project leadership teams to identify and manage quality risks. * Monitor project quality performance, KPIs, audits and compliance. * Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality excellence. * Engage directly with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders at senior level. * Support mobilisation of new projects and ensure quality requirements are embedded from the outset. * Work closely with the Group Quality Director to align country operations with wider group standards and objectives. * Provide senior leadership on quality issues, corrective actions and lessons learned. About You This is a senior-level appointment, and we're looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to lead quality at a regional, country or multi-project level. Essential: * Strong, demonstrable data centre experience. * Previous senior-level Quality leadership experience. * Background working for a leading international main contractor. * Proven experience managing and developing Quality teams. * Experience overseeing quality across multiple major projects, ideally at regional or country level. * Strong client and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. * EU passport – essential. The ideal candidate will be someone who can operate strategically at Country and Group level while still understanding the technical and operational realities of delivering major data centre projects.
