The Company:
Are you a Design Co-Ordinator looking for a new role/challenge?
Our client is a Main Contractor with a regional offices located the West Midlands and Northamptonshire. They currently enjoy a turnover of c£60 million an predominantly deliver projects within the following sectors: Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
You will report to the Head of Design and work alongside an established Senior Design Manager.

About You:
• Coordinating the work of architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that all design elements are integrated effectively.
• Ensuring that the construction project complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Reviewing and evaluating change requests to ensure that they are in line with project requirements.
• Supporting the construction team with technical guidance and design information during the construction phase.
