The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up and will join the Civil Engineering sector. About The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our Civil Engineering projects. Your focus is to manage costs and maximise margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality. You will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience on projects £2 Million +
- Live or able to commute to Guildford
- Experience of working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on NEC Conditions of Contract.
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
