Kenton Black is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Midlands office, overseeing multiple contracts from pre-contract to live across fit-out and refurbishment projects.
You will lead pre-contract client meetings, assist with tendering, write programmes, and support subcontractor procurement while coordinating the project site and commercial team.
You will attend weekly client/subcontractor progress meetings, provide reports to senior management, and travel as required, with occasional staying.
