An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a well-established Groundworks Contractor with a turnover of 40m to help expand the business following sustained growth with multiple projects currently ongoing.
DUTIES:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure.
- Commutable around Cambridgeshire area.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.
REMUNERATION:
- Up to 70,000 p.a (DOE).
- Car allowance/company car.
- Paid holidays β 25 days plus BH.
