We are pleased to be working on behalf of a family-owned regional civil engineering company to secure the services of a Site Manager to join their team in delivering projects for the EA Framework and Canal and River Trust.
The management group is backed by the directors who are visible and take an interest in the day-to-day operations, promoting high standards throughout all aspects of the business.
PROJECT SCOPE- Works predominantly within the EA / CRT Sector
- Management of construction programme and weekly reporting to contract manager
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to
- Liaison with client and other contractors
- Overseeing trades and specialist sub-contractors when self-delivering
- All associated paperwork
- Experience of working in the Infrastructure/EA sector
- Must have temporary works experience
- Demonstrate track record of self-delivery on projects
- SMSTS
- First Aid
