A global consultancy in the built-environment sector is expanding its Birmingham team and is seeking a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of work. You will deliver a blend of professional and project-based surveying services across education, healthcare and local government properties, all within a culture that genuinely prioritises people, wellbeing and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out building surveys, inspections, condition assessments and technical reports
- Prepare specifications, design information and contract documentation
- Lead contract administration and monitor construction progress
- Support project delivery from feasibility through to completion

- Share knowledge within the team and support junior colleagues
