Regional contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager for an immediate start with experience working on new build industrial/logistic units, specifically with experience looking after external and cladding subcontract packages.
You will be reporting into a Project Manager and a visiting Contracts Manager where main core duties are:
- Daily supervision
- Coordination of associated subcontract packages
- Health & safety
- RAMS
You will also need to be fully computer literate. A proven track record working on industrial/logistic unit schemes will be essential along with a current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as these will be a mandatory requirement. This role will be running until circa December 2026.
