Freelance Site Manager required for main contractor that specifically works in the industrial/logistics industry who are currently looking for someone on a £9m new build scheme. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all onsite activities involving the coordination/supervision for all onsite subcontract packages, Health & Safety etc.
Main core works that you will be involved with include managing:
- the external envelope
- internal fitout
- cladding
- roofing
- PV
- prowall
- curtain wall
- windows
- docks
- internal slab
- office fitout
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a minimum mandatory requirement as well as experience delivering industrial/logistic unit schemes.
