Kenton Black is recruiting 3x Senior Quantity Surveyors for a flagship Northumberland data centre project.
You will lead commercial delivery on major civils, infrastructure and building packages, with focus on groundworks, earthworks and enabling works.
You'll report to the Commercial Leadership Team, manage subcontracts, valuations and final accounts, and deliver accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the project.
