With progression and a clear development plan, this role is a varied position where you can add value across the business.Your new role as Management Accountant:Office Based, this Management Accountant works closely with the Finance Director to develop and enhance the financial reporting available to stakeholders across the business. Taking the lead on the production of detailed and timely monthly management accounts, you shall also produce detailed analysis, adding value to the decision making process. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Director you shall also seek to add value in the addition of an effective costing process, reviewing controls and managing stock movement across multi sites.Responsibilities Production of detailed monthly management accountsBalance sheet preparation, reconciliation and analysisImplementation and development of standard costing across the manufacturing suiteCash flow reportingStock management and controls to support product trackingProcess and procedural review, maintaining a focus on continuous development in this areaAd hoc accounting tasksQualifications To be considered you shall be CIMA /ACCA/ ACA qualified with strong technical skills and a proven track record of adding value in a management accounting position.Our client are also considering applications from QBE individuals who have strong stock/inventory management experience in a similar, fast paced business.You shall be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills being competent in the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.With excellent attention to detail, a proven ability to work under pressure.With experience in manufacturing/engineering you shall be proficient at developing strong working relationships across an organisation.Salary and rewards This is a Management Accounting role which shall provide the ability to make informed business decisions.
