My client is a National Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who is in the market for a Freelance Senior Planner to support a major project in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will come from a site background and have a full understanding of construction/operational principles. This role will be OUTSIDE IR35.
The successful candidate will have:
