Seeking an Associate Project Manager with experience in managing team resource and projects in the built environment (a real estate or construction consultancy).
Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will not be considered for this role. It is essential you have experience within construction (Managing JCT or NEC contracts).

The Opportunity
A highly successful SME consultancy and multimillion £ turnover business with offices in the South of England and recent expansion overseas are growing their project management team. They undertake a wide range of flagship projects for major blue-chip organisations. Main duties of Associate Project Manager role includes:
- Participating in business development; preparing for client pitches and fee proposals.
- Involvement throughout the project life cycle, managing team resources throughout; from project briefing stage, compiling technical briefs and reporting throughout.
- Advising clients throughout, updating on; procurement, design phases, risks and mitigation.
- Creating programmes of work and managing throughout.
- Leading the project team throughout the delivery stages to ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and within budget.
- Contract Administration - Predominantly JCT contracts.
- Supporting the development of the projects team, acting as a coach and mentor.
