£10 Million refurbishment of an existing food facility which involves the installation of a new production line, white walling, and rerouting of existing services in a live environment.
Reporting to the site-based Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all onsite works with specialist subcontractors from the EU on a daily basis to ensure that all equipment installation is done in accordance with the programme and health & safety regulations.
Your role will be split with a 70/30 site/office division. You will need to be fully computer literate and have prior/current experience using Microsoft SharePoint. Other duties will include the submittal of RAMS to the principal contractor.
Due to the nature of the project being in a live environment, you will also need to demonstrate good interpersonal skills as the client is also site-based daily.
Project duration will run until circa October/November 2026. Minimum requirements include a current CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates. Experience working on food & beverage and live occupied facilities would be a distinct advantage.
