Job Description
Are you an experienced, Senior CDM and Construction Safety professional looking to join a growing a reputable consultancy? A well-established company are looking for a dynamic and personable professional to join their talented team as Associate Director, driving growth in a new Birmingham office. You must have a demonstrable background in delivering the spectrum of CDM services and well-versed in the Principal Designer role.
\\n\\nReporting into their central function you will be:\\n\\n•\\tServicing a diverse and challenging, multi-disciplinary client base across a variety of sectors \\n•\\tProviding a range of bespoke CDM and Health & Safety services on exciting sites\\n•\\tLiaising with internal and external stakeholders\\n•\\tClient-facing with the ability to hold their own from pre-construction through to project delivery\\n•\\tCarrying out H&S specific design reviews throughout phases of the project\\n•\\tManaging multiple projects across a diverse portfolio\\n•\\tFully conversant with design and construction processes and CDM 2015\\n•\\tAssisting the MD with quotes and tendering information\\n\\nYou will also be:\\n\\n•\\tNEBOSH/NCRQ/NVQ-qualified in Health & Safety\\n•\\tExperienced in delivering the Principal Designer role (ESSENTIAL)\\n•\\tExperienced in CDM 2015 or with a foundation of exposure related to the Construction sector; particularly Build, Refurb and Fit-out\\n•\\tExperience with leading a function and providing client-focussed support on prestigious projects\\n•\\tA relationship builder with good communication skills\\n•\\tIMaPs or CMaPs (PREFERABLE)\\n•\\tAble to cover sites/clients regionally\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation where you can have a real impact and be part of sustained and exciting growth whilst earning a very competitive salary of c£70-80,000 (based on qualifications and experience) plus a full package
