An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a Kettering based Groundworks Business to operate within their small commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £12m is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business, the successful candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director of the business to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career with a Family run business. Duties: • Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations • Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports • All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements: • NO experience as a Quantity Surveyor needed but is preferable. • Time management skills and meeting deadlines • Motivated to learn and progress their professional career • Am understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration: • Up to £50,000 p.a • Car allowance • Paid Holidays • Pension Scheme
