An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Lincolnshire based Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of 40m is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Director of the business to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career with a family-run business.
Duties:
- Optimising contract profitability
- Provide quotations to clients for variations
- Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks
- Accurate monthly cost and value reports
- All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor needed
- Time management skills and meeting deadlines
- Motivated to learn and progress their professional career
