An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or commercially driven individual to join a North Nottingham based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £70m and multiple projects in the pipeline for 2025 working with some of the largest Housebuilding and Civil Engineering companies in the UK.
Duties:
- Optimising contract profitability
- Provide quotations to clients for variations
- Accurate monthly cost and value reports
- All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks or other relevant fields
- Time management skills and meeting deadlines
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying or an associated discipline
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
- Up to £35,000
