The Opportunity:
We’re keen to hear from Building Surveyors working towards their APC seeking to gain mentorship and the backing of working for a global consultancy offering potential opportunity for international travel! (Some of the team opted to travel out to Europe last year to undertake some survey work).
A snapshot of some of the responsibilities:
- Asset capture: Record and condition grade all building fabric assets, including prioritised remedial recommendations.
- Latent defect surveys: Assess buildings approaching the end of construction.
