Our client is looking for an Analytical Product Development Scientist to support analysis of pharmaceutical Oral Drug Products and New Modalities.
Responsibilities:
– Support development and validation of analytical procedures
– To prepare and approve results for tests
– Perform routine and non-routine analysis using analytical techniques
– Review analytical data for GMP compliance
– Train junior colleagues and/or client employees in analytical techniques and electronic system
– Initiate and follow-up OOS results
– Identify any opportunities for improvement
– Implement continuous improvement
– Document data as dictated by current client policies and procedures
– Ensure that all documentation is accurate and conforms to the quality standards
– Participate in the preparation of reports
Requirements:
– BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or a related discipline
– Experience of working within a developmental lab and conducting pharmaceutical analysis
– Experience of peptides
– Experience in analytical techniques as well as modern instrumental equipment (HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, Mass Spectroscopy and other Spectroscopic techniques)
– Ability to interpret data
– Troubleshooting of instruments and methods
– Experience of working within a GMP environment
– Able to develop relationships with colleagues
– Able to communicate data to clients
