A plus package (DOE) Car allowance / company car CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO 70K, BICESTER BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND CAREER PROGRESSION.
An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a well – established Groundworks Contractor with a turnover of 40m to help expand the business following sustained growth with multiple projects currently ongoing.
DUTIES
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure• Commutable around Oxfordshire area
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.
REMUNERATION
- Up to 65,000 p. a (DOE)• Car allowance/company car
- Paid holidays – 25 days plus BH• Pension scheme
