Midlands principal build contractor are looking for a freelance Senior/Site Engineer for a 40 week duration for a new build distribution centre commencing end October. Reporting to the senior management team, your role and responsibility will be to manage and supervise various subcontractor packages including QA management for groundworks, steelframe, cladding, brickwork, etc.
Along with the Project/Site Managers, you will also be responsible for assisting in any design changes during client/subcontractor progress meetings. Other duties will also include H&S management, material requisition as well as some elements of setting out.

- A proven track record working for principal build contractors delivering distribution/industrial units from inception through to completion
