Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Supply site requirements as necessary and in line with times / dates requested.
- Availability of own Plant to be checked prior to all hires where applicable.
- Using best cost option available to fulfil order.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure closed out.
- Feedback to site on timings / equipment where necessary.
- Replacement of hired plant with own fleet where / when feasible.
- Attention to and agreement of damage and loss charges in conjunction with Plant Manager.
- Awareness of new products and services.
- Supplier management.
- Manage and keep on top of queries when necessary.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Plant.
- Experience with hiring of plant, controlling the movement of plant and haulage.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel).
- Experience within the Construction Industry is advantageous.
