Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the entire tender process, ensuring the bids are strategically sound, viable, and meticulously prepared to increase chances of winning contracts.
- Working with bid writers to draft, review, and edit bid documents, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and tailored to the clients' needs.
- Handling clarifications and negotiations.
- Ensuring all estimators follow the tender process.
- Working with the finance and operational teams to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Managing internal and external marketing media streams.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree educated (ideally in English, Law, Business Studies, or equivalent construction qualification).
