Duties:- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective deals.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to anticipate changes in material costs and availability.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics to optimize efficiency and minimise project delays.
