The suitable packaging development scientist will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and test packaging integrity. Assess blisters for push-through, wall thickness, pocket depth, seal integrity, and appearance.

Perform Texture and Extrusion analysis to assess the suitability of solid and liquid drug products for a consumer

Develop processes for efficient bulk pack analysis

Moisture modelling

Support project teams with technical and practical packaging insights.

Build a comprehensive database compiled of testing data to be used for overall statistical analysis of a drug product.

Author technical documents for drug product packaging

B.S./M.S. degree in a life science
-
1-3 years in Materials testing / packaging development
-
Packaging development experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (Advantageous)
