You’ll be joining a close-knit team within a thriving multidisciplinary consultancy with a well-established presence across industrial, residential, commercial, public buildings, education, healthcare, and bank monitoring sectors. This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking to advance their career while delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, not just delivering into one sector/industry.
You’ll take the lead on cost planning, procurement, and commercial management across all RIBA stages, with the autonomy to manage your own commissions and support the development of junior colleagues.
- Pre-Contract: Advise on procurement strategy, risk management, value engineering, and tendering processes
- Post-Contract: Lead the negotiation and agreement of final accounts
- Represent the consultancy professionally across multiple sectors including industrial, residential, commercial, and bank monitoring
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and cost management principles
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
