The Opportunity: We're keen to hear from Building Surveyors working towards their APC seeking to gain mentorship and the backing of working for a global consultancy offering potential opportunity for international travel!

  • Asset capture & lifecycle surveys — Record and condition grade all building fabric assets, including prioritised remedial recommendations.
  • Latent defect surveys — Assess buildings approaching the end of construction contracts.
  • Accessible ceiling inspections — Record and grade building fabric assets located above ceiling voids.
  • Project delivery — Support successful project outcomes through high quality technical surveying services delivered on time and to required standards.
  • Contract administration — Support contract administration activities, including documentation, compliance checks, coordination with contractors and monitoring contractual obligations.
  • Client & stakeholder liaison — Communicate effectively with clients.
