The Opportunity
We're keen to hear from Building Surveyors working towards their APC seeking to gain mentorship and the backing of working for a global consultancy offering potential opportunity for international travel!
Responsibilities:
- Asset capture lifecycle surveys — Record and condition grade all building fabric assets, including prioritised remedial recommendations.
- Latent defect surveys — Assess buildings approaching the end of construction contracts.
- Accessible ceiling inspections — Record and grade building fabric assets located above ceiling voids.
- Project delivery — Support successful project outcomes through high quality technical surveying services delivered on time and to required standards.
- Contract administration — Support contract administration activities, including documentation, compliance checks, coordination with contractors and monitoring contractual obligations.
- Client stakeholder liaison — Communicate effectively with clients.
