Annes are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a lead finance role, overseeing a small team taking ownership for all financial operations within the business. A permanent full time or part time role is available, and my client is open to interim support for the short-term. Office based role, full time or part time (3, 4 or 5 days per week) • 28 days annual leave entitlement including bank holidays • On site parking • Your New Role as Finance Manager: • Overseeing 1-2 junior accounts staff • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts • Supporting the year-end accounting process • Preparing and processing payroll • Providing ad hoc reports and analysis to Directors • The successful candidate will be proven in a similar hands on and varied finance role. Experience of Sage 50 and Sage 50 Payroll is beneficial with good Excel skills. Strong communication skills are required to provide financial insight and advice to a variety of stakeholders. Staff supervision/management experience is also advantageous.
