A privately owned SME in the Lancaster area are growing at a rapid rate and are now in the position to appoint a new finance lead.
This newly created role will work closely alongside the Managing Director and take ownership for all financial activities within the business.

Your New Role as Finance Manager
- Line management of 1 Accounts Assistant
- Overseeing all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Month end reporting and management accounts production
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Responsibility for credit control
- The successful candidate will be proven in a similar hands on and varied finance role.
Experience of Sage 50 or Xero is beneficial.
Staff management/supervisory experience is also required as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, to deliver financial insight and advice.
