A sizeable business unit of a larger group are looking to appoint a new divisional finance lead.

Receiving support as required from Group, this role offers plenty of autonomy in a hands on and varied role, overseeing 1-2 junior accounts staff.

A full time role is available, or a reduced working arrangement of 4 full days per week can be considered.

Full time role, with occasional working from home.

Your New Role as Finance Manager

  • Production of management accounts including commentary and analysis
  • Regular liaison with key internal stakeholders including non-financial HOD’s
  • Providing training and support to the finance team as required, overseeing AP and AR duties
  • Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • The successful candidate will be fully experienced in the month end management accounting process, with staff management experience.

CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is desirable although QBE candidates will be considered.

With an analytical mindset, you will also demonstrate strong IT skills including Excel with knowledge of mainstream or bespoke ERP systems.
