Kentec Training, one of the UK’s leading health & safety training providers, is expanding its instructor team!
With the opening of our brand-new Ashford Training Centre, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Work at Height Instructors to join our highly respected team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for qualified instructors to deliver accredited work at height training, including PASMA, Ladder Association, and IPAF courses, at both our Tonbridge and Ashford centres, as well as at client sites across the UK. As part of our growing team, you’ll play a key role in upholding Kentec’s well-known industry reputation for excellence, learner experience, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from professionals with:
- Current Instructor Certifications in PASMA, Ladder Association, and/or IPAF (preferred)
- A strong background in work at height, access equipment, or related safety disciplines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and learner engagement skills
- A passion for high standards and continual professional development
