We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating Amada Punch Machines according to technical drawings and specifications. The person must have a minimum experience operating machine.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automated and manual CNC punch machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolving issues that may arise during production
Skills, Experience and Person Specification
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Knowledge of logic controllers
- Experience in materials handling and tooling
Job Specifics
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 14.00 - 22.00 and 13.00 - 20.00 with 30 minutes for lunch
