Scope of Work: Engaged to provide specialist project controls services on a large, detailed design project, focusing on implementing effective controls, forecasting, and reporting to support the client in achieving successful delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Project reporting, forecasting and budget hours management.
  • Development and baselining of the project schedule.
  • Implementation of document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
  • Establishment of change management controls to protect budget hours.
  • Oversight of information management systems to ensure effective data flow.
  • Delivery of progress reports and early warnings on performance risks.
  • Independent leadership and guidance across planning, cost management, and document control functions.
  • Advisory support to the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project controls.
  • Preparation of documentation to support variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Input to commercial negotiations by advising on project control considerations.
  • Assurance that processes meet quality and compliance standards, including audit support.
  • Ongoing identification of risks, opportunities, and efficiencies to enhance project delivery.
