Scope of Work:
Kent is looking for a an experienced Process Lead with long track record in leading the Process execution in DD/ EPC of Aramco and/or KJO projects
Deliverables
Reporting to the area lead engineer or lead engineer on feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design or EPC project, the Process Lead will develop the following deliverables:
- Process Basis of Design
- Input to Basic Engineering Design Data
- Process philosophies
- Block Flow Diagram and Overall Material Balance
- Process Simulations
- Heat & Material Balance
- Process & Utilities Flow Diagrams
- Design Pressure & Design Temperature Diagram
- Input to Material Selection Diagrams
- Equipment Sizing, Equipment Data Sheets, Equipment List
- Line Sizing, Line List
- Input to Instrument List
- Control Valve Sizing, Relief Load Calculation, Relief Valve Sizing
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams for Process units, Utility & Offsite systems and Infrastructure
- Active participation in project meetings
Key Requirements:
- Engineering degree, honours or equivalent in Chemical Engineering
- Experienced in feasibility, Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design and EPC projects
- Knowledge of applicable international and industry specifications, standards and codes
- Capable of performing above deliverables/ activities with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets
- Responsible for communicating technical/ project issues potentially impacting the project to the lead engineer.
- Senior Process engineer is accountable to the area lead engineer, lead engineer or project engineer.
