We are seeking experienced professionals to lead delivery of offshore wind packages across Owner’s Engineer and technical advisory scopes, covering fixed and floating wind projects. This role requires strong delivery ownership, commercial awareness, and interface management capability. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate delivery of the assigned package (e.g., turbines, foundations, cables, substations)
  • Ensure alignment with overall project programme, budget, and technical requirements
  • Monitor and manage contractor performance, including progress, quality, risk and commercial aspects
  • Review and manage design development to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and certification requirements
  • Identify and resolve interface risks and clashes across packages and disciplines
  • Coordinate stakeholders including clients, contractors, certifiers and internal engineering teams
  • Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record in offshore wind or large infrastructure with experience managing major packages or workstreams
  • Experience managing complex EPC or multi-contract packages
  • Strong understanding of offshore wind technologies (turbines, foundations, cables, substations)
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certification processes
  • Knowledge of design, fabrication, and installation practices
  • Strong interface and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience working in Owner’s Engineer or client representative roles (desirable)
