Kent Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Manager to lead and grow our membership programme. You will drive strategy, use CRM data and digital channels to improve recruitment, retention and engagement, and lead a small team to deliver KPIs.
You will balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with fundraising, marketing and conservation teams to maximise income and impact for wildlife across the county.
