- You will be an enthusiastic team player with a desire to share your passion for the great outdoors with others, especially young people.
- You will have a responsible attitude, showing common sense, especially regarding working with children, and a flexible approach and willingness to work with other staff, tutors and volunteers.
Qualifications
- An interest in nature and environmental issues and a passion for sharing your enthusiasm with others.
- Experience of running nature-related visits or environmental activities.
- An understanding of Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments, especially with regard to working with children.
- An understanding of the importance of planning and documentation, such as lesson planning and assessments.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
- DBS check will be required for this role.
