Join the Alternative Learning Trust at their new provisions in Isle of Sheppey, working across Nore Academy and Estuary Academy Island. These schools cater to students in Years 7-11, offering vocational qualifications and traditional GCSEs, with a focus on emotional and academic development.

The role involves working as part of a team to manage behaviour, promote re-engagement, model social skills, and support learning. We seek candidates with positivity, patience, empathy, high expectations, and a child-centred approach. The position is permanent, term-time only, with a salary of £27,269 – £29,093 (pro-rata £23,456 – £25,025).
