Temporary Teaching Assistant ā TTO + 1 x SDD
The Post
The Charles Dickens School is looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to work with classroom teachers to support the delivery of quality teaching and learning and to help raise standards of achievement for all students. Candidates will also be required to deliver support programmes that enable all students to access the curriculum and will be responsible to the SENCO.
Experience of working with young people or in a school environment is desirable with the ability to relate well to children and communicate diplomatically to adults. Candidates should be motivated, proactive, approachable, resilient and a good listener.
This is a term time only role with one staff development day.
Hours are 08:25am ā 3:00pm, Monday to Friday to include a 20 minute unpaid break and a 45 minute unpaid lunch break. 27.5 hours in total.
