We are seeking 2 enthusiastic, patient, calm, and flexible 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive staff team. The role involves supporting a child's social-emotional development, communication, and cross-curricular learning, working under the guidance of teaching and therapy colleagues, including a specialist Speech and Language Therapist and other multi-agency professionals where appropriate.

This position is linked to a specific child and is contractually valid for the duration of the child's attendance at Staplehurst School. The working hours are Monday to Friday, during term time only, from 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a salary of Β£24,513 pro-rata under the Kent Scheme A KSA.
