This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is perfect for someone who wants their work to genuinely matter, who can bring patience, warmth, and consistency to every interaction, and who is looking for the flexibility to shape lessons around what their students really need. No formal teaching qualification is required, just a real commitment to young people and a willingness to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful.
