Working Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8.15am β 1.15pm), 44.6 weeks per year (inclusive of holiday).

We are looking for a part-time School Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support; procuring goods and services, maintaining school marketing and social media platforms, and assisting with the community development mission. The post holder will work closely with several pivotal roles within the school to ensure the smooth running of administrative and promotional operations. In addition, the role would also provide cover for other administrative departments e.g. Reception, Attendance and Admissions as needed.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above), as well as being IT literate. An intermediate working knowledge of MS Office, and a variety of Social Media Platforms is essential. You must also have experience working in a busy office/reception environment and working with budget administration, purchasing and ordering systems. Previous work in schools, especially SEN / SEMH schools and knowledge of MIS software, would be advantageous.
