We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators to work during examination sessions as they occur throughout the year. We are looking for flexible, highly effective, efficient and organised individuals, with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
About the Examinations Team
The Examinations Team is made up of the Lead of Public Examinations/Data Manager, Exams Officer and a strong team of invigilators. The Exams team are responsible for the organisation and implementation of all exams taking place at Trinity, ensuring that they are compliant with the various regulations stipulated by exam bodies. The Lead of Public Examinations/Data Manager is also responsible for managing and training the invigilation team so that they are up to date with any changes in exam regulations.
About You
Core responsibilities will focus primarily on ensuring that examinations are conducted in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) awarding body and Trinity School Sevenoaks instructions. You will be responsible for invigilating internal and public examinations at the school.
Previous invigilation experience is not a requirement and full training will be given to successful candidates. We are looking for individuals who are available during the months of December, January, April, May and June and have 60% + availability.
