Location: Optional base either at Hextable (North Site) or Tunbridge Wells (West Site), with travel across both sites as required.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per annuam

Salary: Kent Scheme Grade (KSC) £24,206.48 pro-rata to £26,956.00 per annum

Broomhill Bank School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detailed focused Admissions, EHCP and Student Data Services Co-Ordinator to play a vital role in supporting our students, families and staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to co-ordinate admissions, Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process, annual reviews, consultations, transition arrangements and student records management. Working closely with senior leaders, local authorities, parents and external agencies, you will ensure all statutory and administrative process are delivered efficiently, accurately and within the required timescales.

Essential Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy scholl environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data protection requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EHCP process and SEND legislation
  • Experience using SIMS or other Management Information Systems
  • Experience of Applicaa admissions software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Previous experience working within a school, education or local authority setting
