Greenfields School, part of the charity Childhood First, is seeking a highly organised and emotionally intelligent School Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office and day-to-day operations.
About Us
Greenfields is a therapeutic school that supports children and young people recovering from complex trauma. As part of a residential therapeutic community, we provide a uniquely nurturing and relational environment for healing and learning. Every staff member, from teaching to administration, plays a vital role in our therapeutic model.
The Role
This is a diverse and fulfilling position supporting the Head Teacher and wider school team. You will be the friendly face of the school, managing communications, overseeing administrative and statutory processes, and maintaining vital systems that support our pupils\’ education and care.
From coordinating pupil review meetings to keeping our budget on track, you’ll be at the heart of school life—ensuring everything runs smoothly, compassionately, and professionally.
