All pupils study both Design & Technology and Art to the end of Lower Fourth (Year 8). The DT curriculum includes Food & Nutrition teaching, delivered in a new kitchen/classroom. From Upper Fourth (Year 9) onwards, all three subjects are offered as separate GCSE options, following the AQA specification. The department currently comprises three teachers and a technician.
